Scope of work:
3D laser scanning and tie in measurement, establishing grid and 3D models in PDMS and Cyclone for import to PDMS

Time schedule:
14 days scanning and 8700 hours modeling

Delivery:
3D model of piperacks, structure, equipment and housing, point clouds, PDMS model, web portal

Purpose:
Quality check of existing models, explosion scenarios, HSE purpose and engineering, clash check of design.

Description:

Laser scanning:
3D laser scanning was carried out in several operations for different projects. Containing about 6 weeks of laser scanning and covering an area of 12500 m2.

3D modeling:
3D model was completed by 8700 hours modeling work The areas for modeling mainly pipes, structure and equipment. Selected areas were modeled directly into PDMS with intelligent models based on Point cloud, modeling pipe objects down to 1.5 inches.
